Please note: Spacemarket cannot facilitate pop-ups or events. All Spacemarket tenants are required to pay a 1-month bond and sign a licensing agreement. Building owners are able to give a minimum of 30 days notice to vacate. Internet, insurance, and public liability are not included.

Spacemarket is always on the lookout for new spaces we can fill and activate with amazing people just like you. All of our Spacemarket projects are pre-development spaces which means we can make the most out of these amazing spaces in the interim.

Oftentimes, the redevelopment takes longer than initially thought and tenants get to enjoy their spaces for longer. Tenants generally have a month-to-month rolling licence agreement with us and owners can give shorter notice to vacate. The nature of this agreement is how we are able to fill these otherwise vacant and unused spaces and offer them to tenants at a well-below market price.

Although we don’t have the resources to search for individual spaces for individual enquiries, we love connecting people and creating communities of small businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives and like-minded people.
