Set in the former heritage-listed Heathcote Hospital site, Spacemarket took the Murray House wing and filled it with a diverse roster of small businesses and creatives.

We offered studios both large and small, all lockable and with 24-hour security. The building is in beautiful condition and hosted practitioners from the arts, health, tech, start-ups, design, group work, yoga, classes, etc.

Other benefits included Heathcote Gallery, on-site free parking, beautiful river-views, plus a cafe and playground.
