Spacemarket took on 7 Essex Street, Fremantle in January 2021.

This central address had formerly been the offices of the Esplanade Hotel but when they relocated, was left vacant to be used as storage and overflow for the hotel. We approached then owner, Prime West, about refurbishing the space and renting the rooms out as small lockable offices. The interior was not fit for tenants so we undertook a light refurbishment for occupation. This included ripping up of carpet, polishing concrete floors, painting the 300sqm property throughout, installing new locks on doors, fit out of foyer and common spaces, servicing of amenities including plumbing, air con and heating.

Essex Street contains 16 individual offices spaces, plus a meeting room, with tenants including:
