+ Funding has not been renewed to the essential Aboriginal medical hostel, Derbarl Yerrigan, which for the past 20 years has been helping people from remote areas travelling to the city to access essential health services with somewhere to stay. This is a sad state of affairs. + The Fremantle Repair Cafe returns to Stackwood next month on Sunday 3rd of March. If there’s anything around the home you’d put aside to fix, then put the date in your diary “Along with an experienced volunteer repairer from the local community, you can jointly repair items such as clothing, toys, small furniture, electrical goods, bikes and more.” + Every day should be Clean Up Australia Day but this Sunday 3 March is the one that you hear about. There’s heaps of events being run around the city and even if you just head down to your local park or waterway and give it a quick going over, you’ll be contributing your part. + Melbourne artist Rone has undertaken a huge installation of his work in a rambling, abandoned mansion on the outskirts of Melbourne.
